Joanne is a Children’s Bookseller for Waterstones in London, where she loves talking about and recommending books to people of all ages. It is a wonderful thing to see so many young people being passionate about reading, and is definitely one of the best things about the job.
When she is not working or reading for her own pleasure, you may find her dancing, singing, and pretending to be someone else (otherwise known as acting) on stage in musicals.
What to Expect From Me on This Blog:
The End of Every Month: Will see 2 posts – a book haul of all the books I have bought in the month, and a wrap up of everything I’ve read which will include a brief summary, rating and links to any review I’ve done previously throughout the month.
Book Reviews will be posted at various points during the week, depending on when and what I read. I will try as best I can to publish at least one per week, if not every other week.
Other fun stuff like book tags, memes and general book nerd content will be pop up from time to time, generally when I’m feeling adventurous or inspired.
If you have read any of the books I review, please comment and let me know what you thought of it. Or maybe reading one of my posts will prompt you to read something new.
Also, if you have any suggestions of what I can read next, please let me know! I love being recommended good books to read, it’s how I discovered my all time favourite book: The Book Thief – Markus Zusak
Keep in touch for updates ❤
Love, Joanne 🙂
